How to register as a vendor
This guide provides information to artists about how to register for a vendor account with the Alberta Craft Council, offering a step-by-step process to navigate the registration portal. It highlights the need for staff approval and clarifies that multiple vendor accounts can be linked to a single email.
1) Navigate to https://www.shopalbertacraft.com/

2) Click "About"

3) Click "ACC Artist Account Portal"

4) Click "Register"

5) Click the "Name" field and enter your full name
Click the "Email" field and type the email you want connected to the account
Click the "Password" field and enter the password you would like to use. Re-enter it in the "Confirm Password" field

For Artist Companies - Up to two vendor accounts can be assigned to one email address. If you operate as a company with two artist supplying separate inventory and would like both accounts to connect to one email, we can set that up.
Example: You are a couple with an incorporated company. You both supply work to the ACC. You would like to track your item sales separately, but would like to use a company email to manage both accounts.
6) Click "Back to Login" (underneath the register button)

Please wait for account verification!
All vendor accounts have to be approved by staff. Members that are not active vendors at Alberta Craft will be declined access to a vendor account. Please allow 3-8 business days for approval. You will not be able to login in until your account is approved, meaning that you will not have access right away.
7) Once your account is approved, you can login to the portal here:
https://www.shopalbertacraft.com/apps/vendor-portal/login
Type your email and password, Click "Login"

Resetting your password
If you Forget your, Click the "Password Reset" option.
Staff will confirm requests for the password reset within 5 business days. It will not reset automatically.
Congratulations! You are now registered as a Vendor with Alberta Craft!
