We are happy to offer shipping within Canada from our downtown Edmonton location, however, at this time only products from our Edmonton location can be shipped.

We do offer same city delivery within both Edmonton and Calgary.

Return Policy

Not completely happy with your purchase? We will issue a store-credit for items purchased on our online shop that are returned to our Gallery Shop within 30 days of purchase date.

Gift Wrapping

Sending a gift? We can add a ribbon and a gift tag at no extra charge. You can also write a short gift message to include in your gift. Please just leave us whether or not you would like the gift with a ribbon and information detailing what you want written on the gift tag in the Order Notes section .

Holiday Exchange Policy

Items purchased from November 15 to December 24 are available for exchange only until January 31. You must have a valid receipt or gift receipt in order to exchange an item or receive store credit.

E-gift cards

Customers can use our gift cards to purchases items online. During checkout, customers will have the option to enter the gift card code (located on the back of the card). If the amount on the gift card doesn’t cover the total, you can pay the remainder with their credit or debit card.

Exhibition Purchase Policies

Customers may purchase exhibition items either in person or through the online store at any time during the exhibition. While items are listed as pick-up only, they are available for shipping or delivery after the exhibition has ended.

Some exhibition pieces are too big or fragile to be shipped and require to be picked up, in this case, our shop staff will call or email to coordinate with you if picking up in Edmonton or Calgary is preferred.

All exhibition purchases must remain with the exhibition for the entire duration of the show. Only after the exhibition run has ended will items be available to pick-up, deliver or ship. Information about exhibition dates is outlined in each item description.

Customers who purchase exhibition items will be contacted by staff for confirmation when they buy an item and again when their item is available.

Retrieving Exhibition Purchases

Pick-up

Orders and purchases can be picked-up in store during our hours of operations.

For online purchases, select the Pick-Up option in your cart during checkout. You will be contacted when your item is ready. If you wish to pick-up your item at a later date, E-mail the Exhibition Coordinator at exhibition@albertacraft.ab.ca to make a plan.

Shipping & Delivery

At the end of the exhibition, each purchaser will be contacted to arrange pick-up, delivery or shipping of their item.

Any additional shipping or delivery fees outside the cost of the item are billed to the customer separately after the purchase of the item. Shipping and delivery rates are based on the item's size, weight, and destination after it's been packed or crated. If you purchased your item online and have already included your shipping address and the order has been processed, you will not need to pay for shipping again.

We ship Canada-wide Canada Post expedited parcels. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of the item.

Our team takes extra precautions in packing delicate, breakable items as we want to ensure your item arrives safely. Our shipping costs reflect this added service.

Currently, we are only able to ship within Canada, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

GALLERY STORE SHIPPING

All items listed online from our Edmonton inventory are available for shipping, unless otherwise stated.

Items listed from our Calgary store are available for pick up or local delivery only.

If you want an item from our Calgary location shipped, it will be transferred to Edmonton on a trusted local delivery system and then shipped to your location. This will take more time, and will increase the shipping cost of the item/s.

We ship Canada-wide with Canada Post expedited parcels. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the item.

Our team takes extra precautions in packing delicate, breakable items - as we want to ensure your item arrives safely. Our shipping costs reflect this added service.

In some instances, certain items may cost more to ship, and we may charge additional fees to cover the cost. We will notify you if your purchased item requires special shipping.

We cannot guarantee time as all deliveries are subject to the schedule of the company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered using this method by Canada Post or other couriers.

In Store Pick up

Orders and purchases can be picked up in both our Edmonton and Calgary store during our hours of operations. Refer to our current hours here.

Items listed online are organized by location in either Edmonton or Calgary. Make sure the item you purchase is available for pick-up at the desired location, as stock and items vary between stores.

How to Schedule Pick-up

Select the Pick-up option in your cart during checkout. When the item has been packed and is available to be picked up, you will receive an email notification to the provided email. If you want to pick-up your item at a later date, send an email to shop@albertacraft.ab.ca and include your order number, your phone number, and the day you would like to pick it up. Our staff will have it ready for you for your indicated date, and will follow up with an email or phone call.

Edmonton Delivery

We offer local deliver within Edmonton to postal codes located within the Anthony Henday Loop. Flat rate delivery is $15.00 and can be selected at checkout. If your postal code is not listed, then it does not qualify for this delivery rate. Delivery can be arranged to other parts of the surrounding city for a higher rate, please contact us for more information.

Calgary Delivery

We offer local deliver within the city to postal codes located within Calgary. Flat rate delivery is $18.00 and can be selected at checkout. If your postal code is not listed, then it does not qualify for this delivery rate.
