Necklaces and bracelets- avoid moisture contact which can stain the leather or tear it apart.
Rings and earrings- avoid dropping on hard surfaces; avoid strong bending and forcing; avoid banging to hard surfaces which can break glass beads or scratch their surface.

Recommendations:
Always handle with care, failing to do so can break the tiny glass beads which can tear apart the thread; secure the stud earrings with backs, store in your jewelry in the protecting bag.

Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Craft artwork, Alberta Craft will gladly exchange or issue a gift card for your purchase. Please present your till receipt or gift receipt with the item within 30 days of original purchase. Only exchanges with receipts or gift receipts with be honored.

All exchanges must be returned unused in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, and any other item or accessory provided by the artist. In the event that a returned craftwork has items missing, is damaged or broken, or if the item has become broken due to misuse or as a result of adapting it for something outside of its intended use, the exchange may be refused.

If you find that you received your purchase damaged, please contact us immediately. If the error is ours, we will gladly exchange the product for you or provide a credit for any future purchase. Special orders and custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned. Deposits on special orders and custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
