Crystalline ceramics are created through a highly specialized glazing and firing process that encourages visible crystal structures to grow within the glaze itself. Unlike most ceramic glazes, where the primary goal is to create an even surface or consistent colour, crystalline glazing relies on carefully controlled chemistry, heat, and time to allow crystals to develop naturally during the firing cycle.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your Craft artwork, Alberta Craft will gladly exchange or issue a gift card for your purchase. Please present your till receipt or gift receipt with the item within 30 days of original purchase. Only exchanges with receipts or gift receipts with be honored.
All exchanges must be returned unused in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, and any other item or accessory provided by the artist. In the event that a returned craftwork has items missing, is damaged or broken, or if the item has become broken due to misuse or as a result of adapting it for something outside of its intended use, the exchange may be refused.
If you find that you received your purchase damaged, please contact us immediately. If the error is ours, we will gladly exchange the product for you or provide a credit for any future purchase. Special orders and custom-made items cannot be exchanged or returned. Deposits on special orders and custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
